You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Long Sutton Parish Council which will be held on THURSDAY  27 JUNE 2024 commencing at 7.00 p.m. in the Parish Council Office Meeting Room, London Road, Long Sutton. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.

There will be a 15-minute Open Forum between prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

3.   To resolve to adopt the Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 23 May 2024 as minutes of the meeting.

10. To resolve to consider a request to LCC Highways for 20 m.p.h. speed limits in the vicinity of the Cinder Ash accesses

15. To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the following matters. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.
