THURSDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2026 in the Parish Council Office Meeting Room, London Road, Long Sutton commencing at 7.00 p.m. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.
There will be a 15-minute Open Forum between prior to the commencement of the meeting when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

3. To resolve to adopt the Notes of the Parish Council Meetings held on 23 JULY 2026 as minutes of the meeting.
4. To receive the Clerks Report on matters outstanding
5. To receive the Chairman’s Remark’s.
6. Financial Matters –
a. To resolve to approve Invoices for Payment
b. To resolve to receive the Report of Cleared Payments since last meeting.
c. To resolve to discuss and consider quote for town Christmas decorations and approve any actions required.
d. To resolve to discuss the provision of CCTV on the Daniels Gate allotments and approve any actions required.
e. To resolve to review the Garden Waste Collection service and approve any actions required.

12. To resolve to discuss a request from the Bowls Club to erect a sign of the club access door and to provide a bowling green area outside of the club boundary for use by all.
13. To resolve to discuss the matter of a dog run in the town parks.
14. Members Comments -To receive any comments from members of the council and requests for matters to be placed on the next agenda. No resolutions may be passed under this item.
15. To resolve to go into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (admissions to meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the following matters. Should this resolution be passed the public and press will be required to leave the meeting at this stage.
